On Wednesday 27th October nine girls came in to Fernhill High School for their regular session of helping out at the Initiative for a few hours.  This week they helped make some craft jewelery.  They produced some beautiful magnets, earings and bracelets. A faith and fun day has been organised at Our Lady of Cardonald church for a group 10-14 boys and girls from various parishes across Scotland.  It will be held on Saturday 6th November and will be an action packed day full of prayers, sports and fun activities.


Sr Roseann has been invited to give a talk at St Aloysius Church, Garnethill, Glasgow on 22 November 2010 to raise the profile of pro-life issues.


Sr Roseann will be giving a talk at the Knight’s annual meeting called “The Jack McArdle Lecture” at the Beardmore Hotel in Clydebank on Friday 29th October after 8pm mass.


Sr Roseann has been invitedby Fr Mark Vickers to give a talk on religious life with significant reference to the Sisters of the Gospel of Life at the University Chaplaincy  as part of a series of talks on vocation. Sr Roseann will be speaking at ‘Viva La Vida!’ conference on Saturday 6th November.  The Pro-Life Youth Conference will be held at the Griffith College, Dublin.  The conference runs from Friday 5th – Sunday 7th November.   More details from their website http://www.youthdefence.ie
