Mother Katyia Rowe gave birth to her severely disabled son Lucian, despite doctors advising her to have an abortion, after seeing a 3D scan of him smiling, pictured

For any of you that need a story to bring some sunshine to your day then this is the one. When faced with an awful decision of whether to abort her baby who has multiple life shortening disabilities or carrying her baby to term to hold him in her arms she chose life!

She chose to hold her baby that she’d carried in her womb for nine months and say goodbye after he died after only nine hours. What a woman, for following her instincts that this child who she could see smiling, blowing bubbles and moving - who is most definitely a human being, deserved life. Read the full story at
